AnzroTechTivva AI Privacy Policy
Tivva AI is made by AnzroTech, an independent app developer based in Ghana ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses, why, and the choices you have. If you have any question, email support@anzrotech.com.
- You don't need an account to use Tivva AI.
- Your shop details (shop name, WhatsApp number, area and social handles) stay on your phone.
- Your videos are made on your phone and are never uploaded by us.
- On the free plan, photo cut-out and captions run on your phone. On paid plans, the photo you choose is sent securely for processing and is not stored by us.
- Free users see ads from Google AdMob. Pro users see no ads.
1. Information that stays on your phone
- Seller profile: your shop name, WhatsApp number, and optional area and social media handles. These are kept in your phone's secure storage and are only added to a video or caption when you choose to share it.
- Settings and usage: your theme, currency, plan and how many videos you have made this month.
- Videos: each video is created on your phone and saved to your gallery. We never upload your videos.
2. Photos
You choose a product photo by taking one with the camera or picking one with Android's photo picker. The app only sees the photo you pick, not the rest of your gallery.
- Free plan: background removal is done on your phone using on-device technology, and captions come from built-in templates. Your photo does not leave your phone for these steps.
- Pro Lite and Pro: when you use studio photos, AI scenes or AI captions, the photo you chose is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our server and passed to our trusted service providers: AI image processing providers (background removal, studio photos and AI scenes) and AI text generation providers (AI captions). These providers process the photo only to provide the feature you asked for. Our server handles the photo in memory only and does not store it. The result is sent back to your phone.
3. Device ID and purchases
- When you first open the app, it creates a random app ID for your phone. It is not linked to your name, phone number or Google account. We use it to count monthly videos, apply fair-use limits, hold top-up credits and link a subscription to your phone. You can see it on the app's About screen.
- Subscriptions (Pro Lite, Pro) and top-up packs are sold through Google Play Billing. Google handles your payment; we never see your card or mobile money details. We receive a purchase token from Google Play to confirm your purchase.
- We store the app ID, purchase token, plan, expiry date and monthly usage counts on our server, hosted by a secure cloud hosting and database provider.
4. Ads (free plan only)
Free users see banner ads and a short rewarded ad before saving or sharing a video (after the first free video). Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect your phone's advertising ID, approximate location based on your IP address, device information and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom we ask for your consent first, and non-personalised ads are shown if you don't agree. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Learn more in how Google uses information from apps and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Permissions
- Camera: asked only when you tap to take a product photo.
- Storage (Android 9 and older only): to save your video to the gallery. Newer Android versions need no permission for this.
- Internet: for paid photo features, purchase checks and ads.
Tivva AI does not use your location, microphone or contacts, and does not read your photo library.
6. Sharing your posts
When you share a video, it goes through Android's share menu to the app you pick (for example WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook). Anything in the video or caption, including your shop details, is then handled under that app's own privacy policy.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers described above (AI image processing providers, AI text generation providers, our cloud hosting and database provider, Google AdMob and Google Play) so the app can work, or when the law requires it.
8. How long we keep information and how to delete it
- Information on your phone is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
- To delete the records linked to your app ID on our server, email support@anzrotech.com with the Device ID from the About screen. We will delete them within 30 days. Active subscriptions are managed and cancelled in Google Play.
9. Security
Information sent between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS. Our server records can only be reached by our own server code, and no service keys are stored inside the app.
10. Children
Tivva AI is a business tool for sellers aged 18 and over. It is not made for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries outside Ghana. We use providers that protect information in transit and limit how they use it.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how it is used. Email us and we will help.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Important changes will also be shown in the app.
